Hi Friends! I’m Alex from My Sew Bliss
! I’m so excited to be sharing another look with you today! I love doing unique outfits but I don’t always get a chance to wear them so for this project I wanted to put my skills to the test and try some new everyday looks. In the summer I usually wear shorts and an easy top that I can just throw on, so I created just that look!
Hi friends! This is Alex from My Sew Bliss
! I’m so excited to share my bright and comfortable jumpsuit with you all today! I love color and getting dressed up but that can only be done so much while being at home with my two young boys. Usually the only “dressing up” I do is reserved for Sunday church. Most days I’m in leggings and a T-shirt or jeans and a simple top, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love making and wearing fun outfits when I can!
If you're a sewist chances are you've sewn a mask or two (or three hundred!) in the last couple of months. Liesel of It's Liesel
has done her share of mask sewing and was ready for a fun, quick project in between. This adorable top was the perfect refreshing sew!
Chris of Sewjourns
is such a sewing superstar. Her makes are always so inspirational and always have a sense of fun. Her latest make as part of the RCF Promo team is perfect for summer and absolutely stunning! She sewed up our stretch bubble crepe
into a pretty swim cover-up that's got me dreaming of a tropical vacation.
Emily of Replicate Then Deviate
is sharing a pair of adorable Bing Shirtigans from Misusu Patterns. These jackets look like the perfect year round layering piece especially sewn up in our CLUB french terry. She used our new painted gingham basics in light blue
. Our small scale gingham is such a fun addition to our CLUB basics!
Emily of Life Sew Savory
is constantly sharing amazing tutorials and free patterns! Her website is such a great resource for the sewing community. She shared a great tutorial for adding a contoured waistband to your leggings for a comfy and flattering fit. Hint: she has a free leggings pattern too!

Today we're bringing you some darling suits from our team of bloggers. We've got lots of boy inspiration as well as suits for the rest of the family. Sometimes boy sewing can be boring but not with RCF swim!
We're happy to be bringing you the first day of our annual Suit Up for Summer Blog Tour. As we prepared for this tour back in February, we were full of excitement and couldn't wait to spread our love of RCF swim fabrics. The events of the last weeks have been heavy on our hearts and we struggled with moving forward with the tour. We, along with most of the world, have been faced with so many unknowns and our 'normal' has been upended. For some of us, sewing remains a calming influence in our lives. For others, sewing time may be limited due to so many new obstacles. Our hope for this week is that no matter what your daily life may look like today, these amazing seamstresses might bring you inspiration and hope for happy, sunny days ahead.
