Turnaround time and shipping: We know how much you all LOVE fabric! We are working very hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please refer to the banner at the top of our homepage, it lists the current turnaround time.Our shipping time generally varies between 3-7 days.If you purchased during a site wide sale, please expect a slightly longer turnaround time than what is listed on the banner. Please remember that weekends and national holidays do not count as business days, therefore they do not count towards turnaround days.
Once an order has shipped and the customer has received tracking, Raspberry Creek Fabrics is no longer responsible that order. It is in the hands of a courier (USPS/FedEx/UPS) and all questions regarding the packages whereabouts should be directly to the mail couriers customer service referencing the tracking number provided.
UPS tends to be the most reliable, and fastest processing and shipping method. If the option to ship UPS is in the same price range, and you have picked shipping with USPS, we will ship UPS unless specifically requested otherwise.
As part of our eco-friendly business model, we do not wrap orders in plastic before placing them in the shipping bag or box. If you would like extra protection such as plastic, around your order please leave a note at checkout requesting your fabrics be wrapped in plastic before shipping.
