Can you believe we made it into August and are already getting set for Back to School?! Raspberry Creek has the best assortment of fabrics around to get your kiddos ready for each of the seasons all school year long.
To start on my Back to School capsule, I grabbed this Club panel and coordinating print on Cotton Lycra from a few years back, (available from the design library here) to be the focus. I used the new Cedar Pattern from Boo and Lu Patterns. I used the option to make separates, a top and a skirt.
Up next, I added a basic pair of Chambray Shorts in a pink colorway found here, to keep her cool on the hot days of August and September! The pattern is Areca by Boo and Lu Patterns and called for a woven base. These would also be adorable in RCF Linen.
For the days that require an extra layer, I added a lightweight crop hoodie to her original ensemble made of solid rib. The pullover pattern is Pumpkin by Boo and Lu patterns.
To complete an outfit for the chillier months, the faux denim Ponte De Roma made the perfect base for flared bottoms. Ponte is a knit with just enough stretch and structure to look great as pants while still being comfortable. The flared pants pattern is Fern by Boo and Lu.
