Designed in partnership with William Morris' apprentice, John Henry Dearle, in 1901 for the company studio. Highly influenced by the art nouveau movement and designed to capture the free flowing movement of underwater plants. This is a digitally restored reproduction of an actual antique textile including some characteristic small imperfections from the traditional "stamped" block print style.
