Hi, I’m Kerry from Studio of Considered Things. I’m a surface designer and visual thinker inspired by nature and by historical and vintage design. I’m a nerd at heart and like to dig into the motifs and themes I illustrate, then bring those discoveries into my work to add meaning and richness. My style reflects a lifelong obsession with hand-drawn detail, varied linework and layered texture. Color is another focus, and I work hard to create combinations that aren’t too bold, too soft or too bland. They’re refined and livable, blending easily into an eclectic style. My goal is to design textiles and wallpaper for people who love to mix eras, cultures and styles in their homes.
