Much of my inspiration comes from my family and my many critters that call me their emotional support human. I have dogs, cats, hermit crabs, chickens, 2 burros and a horse. I have 3 human kiddos ages 15,18 and 20. My husband is a disabled Air Force Veteran and sewing became my sanity during his military career as I could take it with me wherever we moved. I studied Graphic Design and Dress Making and Design roughly 12 years ago back when Spoonflower was still in Beta Testing and when custom Fabric printing was just beginning to be a thing. When I realized I could take my passion for surface design and have it printed and then sew it up it made my heart sing 🎶 I am a big women’s rights, women’s health and mental health advocate,a geeky mama who can quote everything from The Princess Bride to Star Trek and who can go from Johnny Cash to Five Finger Death Punch in the same 5 minutes.
