This print is inspired by traditional African Baule cloth textiles. Colorful geometric Ikat patterns are woven in narrow strips then stitched together to make a wider cloth. Because the stitching often breaks and the panels are only 60 inches long vintage mud cloth textiles can be very difficult to work with. You won't have any of these issues with this fun pattern. The repeat is 12"x12" and set as an irregular grid pattern.
