This horizontal border prints on the top and bottom of a yard, so that you will get two borders if you order a full yard.  A half yard yields one border that is 18” tall by the width of the fabric you choose.  As shown, the design is approximately 6.25”.  Adjusting it up makes the design larger if needed, but you will only receive one full border.  Adjusting it down will print extra background below the bottom border.  If you rescale this design, make sure you use the full width view to see exactly what you are ordering.
