Great elastic.. good stretch that returns to shape.

I needed pure cotton elastic because I am allergic to latex, poly… anything..any thing that begins with poly….so, I had to make my own swim suit. This elastic does contain neoprene.. yuck. I protected myself from the elastic with 3 layers of fabric. I’ll see what happens when i go swimming.
The delivery was quick and if this works out I’ll be back for more.
