French Terry has a soft smooth face, and a looped back. This fabric is perfect for creating cozy loungewear, fashionable hoodies, zip jackets and pullovers. Some French Terry does not have great recovery, this one has spandex which helps it recover and leave you with a beautifully fitting garment.

Very comfortable fabric

I used the 4 Way Stretch French Terry Knit Fabric With Spandex to make some teen friendly joggers. This fabic has a good body, great recovery, and is easy to sew. This fabric is perfect for lounge wear, joggers, sweatshirts, and more structured sweaters. Use matching cotton lycra for neckbands and cuffs.

Solid Lilac French Terry Knit

Wow! This Lilac French Terry Knit is beautiful! It has the softest loops on the inside and I used it to line a sweatshirt. It has great movement and give without becoming stretched out. I love the soft (but not faded looking) lilac color. I was afraid to sew with it because of the loops on the underside (I am a beginner) but was glad I "took the leap". I was careful and only had to rip out part of a seam. Fortunately, removing stitches did not put a hole in the fabric. I was very happy with the quality.
